LANDLORDS & TENANTS INFORMATION

We do not hold client money and therefore are not part of the Client Money Protection Scheme (CMP).

We charge any new tenants renting through us a £200 fee per person inclusive of VAT (adult) for referencing, administration and paperwork. We do not have any further charges to the tenant thereafter.

We have 3 management tiers for landlords:

• 10% inclusive of VAT fully managed

• 8% inclusive of VAT rent collection

• 5% inclusive of VAT find a tenant only

We also charge a small administration fee of £59 or £99 both inclusive of VAT depending on your chosen level of management to cover all the paperwork when setting up a new tenancy or making changes to existing Tenancies.
